2. Custom Orders, No Returns

Since each order is custom-made to your specifications, we don’t ask for returns. Instead, we resolve concerns through photos sent to us via live chat or our Contact Us form. Exceptions may be made based on the severity of the issue.

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days. We’ll review the issue and work on a quick solution.
