1. What is FreshAfDrip?

Answer: FreshAfDrip is a clothing brand for the youth, by the youth. We’re all about giving you the swag and style that make you look vibrant and cool, while still keeping you comfortable.

2. What kind of products do we sell?

Answer: We offer a wide range of stylish streetwear, including T-shirts, Polo shirts, Tank tops, 3/4 sleeve shirts, Long sleeve shirts, Beanies, Baseball caps, Trucker hats, and Bucket hats. We’ve got you covered, no matter what your vibe is.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Answer: Currently, we only ship within the U.S., but we’re planning to expand internationally in the near future. Stay tuned for more updates!

4. How can I place an order?

Answer: It’s super easy! Just head over to FreshAfDrip.com, browse our collections, choose your favorite items, select your size, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, click the checkout button, enter your details, and boom—you’re all set! You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

5. What payment methods do we accept?

Answer: We accept Amex, Apple Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, and Visa cards. Pick what’s easiest for you!

6. How to cancel an order after it is placed?

Answer: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our website’s chat function or by filling out the form from our Contact page. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it. Once it’s on its way, though, it can't be cancelled—but don’t worry, you can still initiate a return after receiving it!

7. How to track your order?

Answer: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Click the link to view the status of your order directly on the carrier’s website.

8. What countries do we ship to?

Answer: We currently ship exclusively to the U.S. but have plans to expand globally in the near future. Stay tuned as we work toward bringing FreshAfDrip to more countries!

9. Can I expedite my shipping?

10. Do you need an account to place an order?

Answer: Nope! You can place an order as a guest, but creating an account lets you track orders, check your order history, manage your addresses, and access exclusive offers more easily.

11. How do I delete my account?

Answer: To delete your account, please contact us by initiating a chat or by filling out the form on our Contact page with your account deletion request. Our team will process the deletion and send you a confirmation email within 24 hours once your account has been deleted.
